Pick a half day or a full day, tell FJ13 how many you are, and the starting price for your van appears right away. Then tell FJ13 where you are staying and what you would like to see. You do not need a fixed itinerary: a few interests and your dates are enough for FJ13 to suggest a day that works.

How your quote works
Your price depends on two things only: how long the service lasts, from pick-up to drop-off, and the vehicle class. The number of stops does not change the price. Removing a village does not make the day cheaper, and adding one costs nothing if it fits in the time you booked.
- Half day: 4 to 5 hours, enough for two or three villages close to each other.
- Full day: 10 hours, the usual choice for the Wine Route, Colmar and a castle.
- Shore excursion: 4 to 6 hours, timed around your river cruise stop, with return to the boat built into the plan.
- One private van for 1 to 7 passengers. Each hour of service includes 15 km, and the final price is adjusted to your itinerary.
- Groups of 8 or more travel in several vehicles and get a custom quote instead of an instant price.
What to write in your request
The message box is where your day takes shape. The more FJ13 knows, the better the first proposal. Short notes are fine.
- Your hotel name, or your pick-up point if it is not in Strasbourg.
- Your dates, and whether you can switch days if the weather looks poor.
- What you enjoy: wine tastings, small villages, castles, Christmas markets, photography, food.
- Places you already plan to visit on your own, so the day does not repeat them.
- Mobility needs, for example if someone cannot walk far on cobblestones or needs a folding wheelchair in the trunk.
- Child or baby seats, with the age and approximate weight of each child.
- Any fixed time you must respect, such as a tasting booking, a lunch table or a train to catch.
Optional extras
Your driver knows the region and shares local tips along the way, and you get self-guided time in each village. If you would like in-depth commentary at a monument or museum, you can add a certified guide-conferencier (optional, extra cost), subject to availability. Tick the option in the configurator or mention it in your message.
Wine tastings, site entries and meals are not included in the price. Your driver can suggest good timing for each, and you pay for them on the spot.
Payment and cancellation
Once you agree on the plan, FJ13 sends a secure payment link. Your booking is confirmed when the payment goes through. There is no payment in cash or card on the day.
Plans change. You can cancel free of charge, with a full refund, up to 48 hours before your start time. The complete rules, including the night surcharge between 21:00 and 06:00 and waiting time, are in the terms of sale.
Frequently asked questions
How fast do I get a quote after I send my request?
For groups of 1 to 7, the price shows on screen as soon as you pick the duration and vehicle. FJ13 then replies to confirm availability and suggest an itinerary within 24 hours. Groups of 8 or more get a custom quote within 72 hours at most.
Can you pick us up at EuroAirport Basel-Mulhouse-Freiburg?
Yes, pick-ups outside Strasbourg are possible on request, including EuroAirport Basel-Mulhouse-Freiburg. Mention your flight number and arrival time in your request. A day starting from a Colmar hotel costs the same price as from Strasbourg. At EuroAirport Basel-Mulhouse-Freiburg, your driver meets you on the French side, and the price is in euros.
We are 10 people. Can we still travel together?
Yes, in two vans that follow the same itinerary. Each van holds a maximum of 7 passengers. Send a request with the group size and FJ13 will prepare a custom quote for the whole group.
Can we change the plan on the day, once the driver has picked us up?
Yes. You can swap a village, stay longer in one place or skip a stop, as long as it fits in the duration you booked. If you want to keep going past the booked end time, the extra time is added to your price, and FJ13 confirms it with you first.
Can I ask for a quote without choosing an exact itinerary?
Yes, and most travelers do. Choose the duration, add your hotel, your dates and two or three things you enjoy, and FJ13 suggests an itinerary. You can adjust it before paying.
