When to expect a reply

FJ13 answers emails within 24 hours. The office is open Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 19:00 and Saturday from 09:00 to 17:00, Central European Time, and bookings are taken 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Alsace is on Central European Time, 6 hours ahead of New York and 1 hour ahead of London for most of the year. A message you send in the evening from the United States usually lands in the middle of the night in Entzheim.

Yes. Send your dates, hotel and group size by WhatsApp to +33 3 74 47 26 67, the same number as the phone line. Whatever channel you use to ask, the booking is confirmed only once you pay through the secure payment link FJ13 sends you.

Who do I call on the day if we are running late for pick-up?

Call the FJ13 number on this page, or use the contact link in your booking confirmation. For security, FJ13 never shares the driver's personal phone number. Your driver waits 15 minutes at no charge. Waiting beyond 15 minutes is billed, as set out in the terms of sale.

Can I write to FJ13 in French or German instead of English?

FJ13 replies to emails and calls in French and English. On the day, depending on the driver, FJ13 drivers also speak German, Italian, Russian, Armenian, Arabic or Chechen.
